As an Executive Business Partner (Lead) at Intrinsic, you are the Strategic Architect of our leadership operations and a driving force behind our administrative community. Partnering directly with senior VPs, you use independent judgment and absolute discretion to prescribe operational improvements, navigate highly complex stakeholder landscapes, and prevent organizational collisions before they materialize.
Your mission is to construct a predictive operational ecosystem. By engineering advanced AI workflows to absorb transactional administrative burdens, you create the personal bandwidth to act as an essential cross-functional bridge builder, maintaining exemplary organizational trust while keeping our engineering and leadership workstreams completely synchronized.
Operational Leverage: The ability to treat administrative support as a leverage game—using Google Workspace, basic scripting, or AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, freeing your time to focus on high-value business partnership and strategic problem-solving.
The base salary for this full-time position is between $117,600 - $160,720 (USD) + 15% bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range + bonus + equity for your targeted location and role during the hiring process.
