Temporal’s Global Events & Field Marketing team is seeking an experienced Events & Field Marketing Manager to lead and grow our regional marketing efforts across India. In this highly cross-functional role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing programs that increase brand awareness, generate pipeline, and deepen engagement with customers, prospects, and the developer community.
A core responsibility of this role is driving the strategy, planning, execution, and operational management of Replay, Temporal’s flagship developer conference series, as we expand its presence into India.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll play a critical role in expanding Temporal’s field marketing presence across India while scaling Replay into a premier developer conference that showcases innovation, strengthens our community, and accelerates business growth. Working closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, and Global Marketing, you will deliver exceptional event experiences and integrated campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’re comfortable operating independently, taking ownership from strategy through execution, and partnering across teams to deliver impactful programs that move the business forward.
