Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

Building on Japan’s engineering excellence and our extensive global experience, MFTBC will continue to accelerate innovation in commercial vehicle development, advance carbon‑neutral initiatives, and drive CASE technologies including electrification and automated driving.

Introduction of Research & Development

We at Product Engineering Daimler Trucks Asia take care of ongoing products while simultaneously developing new technologies and products.

Be it innovative software, new hardware or products in general.

We fully develop our products including design and testing.

仕事内容 / Job Description

Your mission

- ECU application software creation

- Diagnosis software creation

- Coordination with other department and ECU supplier

- Evaluation of ECU software using MILS/HILS

- ISO26262, Cyber security, Software update

- Documentation creation (Homologation, owner's manual, shop manual, test report, software specification, and so on.)

Your challenge and development

- High knowledge of Electric vehicle and HV component development process

- Measurement tools

- Communication in system level

Your responsibilities

 ECU software creation (application, diagnosis, etc.)

Software evaluation

Coordination with other department and ECU supplier

- University degree (regardless of field)

■ Job Experience

- Software creation and evaluation

■ Practical Knowledge

MATLAB/Simulink

Knowledge of control method

Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Analog/digital signals

University degree (regardless of field)

Basic knowledge of electrical circuits

Basic knowledge of ECU input/output circuit

Basic knowledge about ECU evaluation and HILS

■ Language

- English  : Intermediate

- Japanese: Intermediate

■ Microsoft Office

Regular PC operation skills

■ Additional Requirement

- ISO26262

- Cyber security

労働条件 / Working Condition

English follows Japanese

勤務時間

8:00-17:00

フレックスタイム制　※コアタイム無し

リモートワーク可

給与

基本給（円/月）：300,000円～

※知識・経験を考慮して最終的に決定

※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給

賞与：年2回支給

手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等

休日休暇

年間休日：121日

完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる）

年次有給休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後育児休暇、介護休暇など

Salary

Base Salary (JPY/Month): 300,000 JPY -

*Salary will be decided based on knowledge and experience

*Allowances to be paid on top of the base salary

Bonus : Twice a year

Allowance: Commuting, Mobile Work, Overtime, Child, Housing, DC pension etc..

Holiday

Annual holiday: 121 days

Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays (Based on company calendar)

Paid holiday, Congratulatory and Condolence leave, Maternity leave, Nursing care leave etc...
