Proven leadership experience managing design or engineering teams in a project-based environment
Deep expertise in AutoCAD (2D), including advanced drawing management, standards, and best practices
Strong understanding of structural steel systems and construction documentation
Experience delivering design outputs for large-scale, complex systems (e.g., automation, industrial, or construction environments)
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, standardization, and scalable workflows.
Familiarity with AutoCAD automation tools (e.g., AutoLISP, data extraction)
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work across engineering, product, and field teams
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Experience in warehouse automation or material handling systems (preferred)
