Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.
ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.
Building on Japan’s engineering excellence and our extensive global experience, MFTBC will continue to accelerate innovation in commercial vehicle development, advance carbon‑neutral initiatives, and drive CASE technologies including electrification and automated driving.

The Powertrain procurement department is a team of approximately 30 people from 10 different nationalities working for the most advanced and critical commodities of our vehicles.
We are working with passion, creativity and excitement to meet and exceed our targets and our customers expectations.
Driven by the vision of creating the benchmark Supplier Networks and Supply chain solutions, we at TT/G (Truck and Bus Procurement) work closely with innovative suppliers to bring the next generation of technology within our products. Our key contribution includes working towards sustainable cost efficiency to provide a competitive edge to our products and businesses.
1. EMO is strongly integrated within the Procurement team in Japan. As EMO, we work towards scouting for new-suppliers within the emerging markets like China, Korea, India, Taiwan etc.
2. We work collaboratively with the buyers in Japan and identify opportunities of cost-reduction through sound analysis of sourcing trends and specific management directions.
3. We assist the buyers in aligning their sourcing strategy by providing options of new suppliers within the emerging markets.
4. We are passionate and work collaboratively with people from other departments and bring our ideas to reality.
5. We work with clear savings targets and precise project timelines. Hence, our results have a huge impact on the Efficiency of Procurement department.
1. Overall responsibility for EMO (Purchasing).
2. Ability to support operative procurement in identifying savings by introducing new, innovative and cost-competitive suppliers from emerging markets 3. Knowledge expert on automotive Supply-base of emerging markets 4. Setting yearly targets for Best Cost Country (BCC) re-sourcing and achieving them 5. Driving BCC initiatives with-in procurement and cross-functional teams 6. Scheduling and executing Supplier on-site assessments 7. Improve/Sustain engagement with EMO offices in India, Korea, Indonesia and China 8. Expert in project management:
a. Steering & project management of the various EMO projects within DTA.
b. Formulate, develop and implementation of medium-term EMO projects.
c. Participation ,reporting and presentation in the various management forums.
d. Collaborating with other departments to realize project targets and objectives.

Qualifications
Job Experience
1. University degree in either Business, Economics, or Engineering (preferably automotive)
2. Experience of Buyer and Knowledge about purchasing process or consultant in consultancy firms preferred 3. High command in Microsoft Office applications (especially Powerpoint, Excel, & Outlook)
4. Participation of cross functional project

※知識・経験を考慮して最終的に決定
※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給

完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる）

Base Salary (JPY/Month): 600,000 JPY -
*Salary will be decided based on knowledge and experience
*Allowances to be paid on top of the base salary
