As a Key Account Specialist for the MOMO e-commerce platform, you will be responsible for managing business partnerships with MOMO, maintaining strong relationships with their buyer / MD team, and ensuring brand visibility, sales performance, and operational goals are met to secure the brand online business development. This role requires excellent communication, data analysis, and project management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Account & Negotiation Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with MOMO key stakeholders to secure optimal brand positioning, visibility, and commercial terms. • Lead daily negotiations on pricing, promotions, and platform support to maximize revenue while ensuring sustainable profit margins. 2. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting • Track sales performance, profitability, and key KPIs, providing regular business updates and insights. • Utilize data analytics tools to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement in sales strategy. 3. Promotion & Campaign Execution • Plan and execute key sales events (e.g., 11.11, Double 12, Anniversary Sales) with competitive offers and inventory planning. • Work closely with the brand team to enhance campaign visibility, leveraging MOMO’s ad tools and digital activations. • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize conversions and sales. 4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment, minimizing lost sales. • Optimize demand planning based on data analytics, sales trends, and promotional calendar.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or channel sales; familiarity with MOMO preferred • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills • High stress tolerance and self-motivation • Experience in FMCG or brand-side roles is a plus
