The Air Defense team builds robots that find other robots and knock them out of the sky. At a time when air superiority can no longer be taken for granted, the Air Defense team provides mission critical capabilities to warfighters. As a Product Operations Technical Specialist on the Air Defense team, your mission is to do whatever it takes to maintain the health of our deployed Air Defense technology. You will be responsible for identifying, triaging, escalating, and managing resolution of all incidents across our deployed fleet of systems. Your analysis of incident- and sustainment-related data, identification of trends, and development of appropriate recommendations will inform decision-making by various cross-functional stakeholders across mission operations, program management, engineering, and sustainment. US Salary Range
$68,000—$92,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
