Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

Building on Japan’s engineering excellence and our extensive global experience, MFTBC will continue to accelerate innovation in commercial vehicle development, advance carbon‑neutral initiatives, and drive CASE technologies including electrification and automated driving.

募集チームの紹介

E2Eデータアナリティクスチームは、車両工程管理・計画部の6つのチーム（「課」相当）の一つであり、データ分析戦略の策定・実行、受注～納車に関するデータ分析を通じた意思決定やアクションの推進など、データ分析を通じた改善活動を行っています。

部門の構成

部としては、6チームからなる、総勢40名弱のメンバーが働いています。

Introduction of the Department

The department performs a wide range of functions to ensure stable and flexible production and shipment of trucks and buses for both domestic and international markets.

Its key responsibilities include:

1) Order management

2)Primary Point of contact with body building and modification partners

3) Sales and production coordination, including supply-demand alignment and production planning

4)Vehicle shipment management

5) Data analysis to enhance and optimize operations 1) through 4)

6)Promotion and Implementation of System-Related Projects

Introduction of the Team

The E2E Data Analytics FUSO Team is one of the six teams (equivalent to sections) within the Vehicle Planning & Delivery Management Department.

The team is responsible for all data analytics initiatives and continuous improvement activities that support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Organization

The department consists of six teams with a total of just under 40 members.

■職務内容

1. 車両計画・納車プロセス全体を統括し、すべての段階でデータの整合性と円滑なデータ運用を確保する。

2. FUSOの事業目標を支援し、業務効率を最適化するための包括的なデータ戦略を策定・実行する。

3. データを分析し、実行可能なインサイトを抽出、トレンドを特定し、継続的な改善活動を推進する。

4. 標準ツール（例：PowerBI）を用いてデータフローやダッシュボードを自動化し、セルフサービス分析を実現する。

5. 分析結果を戦略的な提言に変換し、ステークホルダーに効果的に伝達する。

6. 部門横断的なチームや外部パートナーと連携し、データプロセスを整合させ、ネットワーク全体で一貫したデータフローを確保する。

■Job Summary

1. Oversee end-to-end Vehicle Planning & Delivery process, ensuring data integrity and seamless data operations across all stages.

2. Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies to support FUSO business objectives and optimize operational efficiency.

3. Analyze datasets to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Implement self service analytics through automating data flows and dashboard with standard tools (e.g. Power BI).

5. Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional departments and external partners to align data processes and ensure consistent data flow throughout the network.

データ分析またはビジネスアナリティクスにおける3年以上の経験
工学、IT、コンピュータサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号
SQLおよびデータ可視化ツール（例：Power BI、Tableau）の習熟
Order-to-Deliveryプロセスに関する深い理解
データ戦略の策定・実装経験
優れた分析力と問題解決能力
高度なExcelスキル
複雑なデータセットから実行可能なインサイトを導き出した実績
効果的なコミュニケーション能力と協働スキル
部門横断チームや外部パートナーとの業務経験
ERP/SCMシステムに関する知識があれば尚可

■ 語学

日本語：ネイティブ

英語：ビギナー以上

■ Job Experience & Knowledge

3+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Strong understanding of order-to-delivery processes.

Experience in developing and implementing data strategies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Excel skills.

Proven ability to generate actionable insights from complex datasets.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Familiarity with ERP/ SCM systems is a plus.
