Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.
In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.
ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

With 130 members located in headquarter in Japan, the Procurement Daimler Trucks Asia team is one of the largest procurement organizations in the county.
The goal of the Procurement group in Japan is to achieve a benchmark material cost position and continuous supply at the highest quality level in close collaboration with the R&D, Production and Quality departments.
MFTBC Procurement takes care of over 500 suppliers and is strongly connected with Global procurement community. We are in lead of major cost driving elements for current and future products with responsibility to bring and implement cost reduction, new technology, new partners and state of the art products.
We are looking to hire a passionate, energetic and highly capable buyer with strong willingness to learn and be comfortable with ever dynamic/challenging trends in the world of Zero Emission vehicles.
Buyer for High voltage eMobility /BEV components,
- market screening
- sourcing incl negotiations
- pre-series supporting activities for project milestones
- Annual cost reduction target achivements, idea generation, risk mitigation
- supplier and commodity long term strategy
Excellent opportunity to get familiar with future technology (BEV) parts like Charging system, eMotor, Inverter, High voltage DC powernet
Engineering (ideal) degree with 3-5 years work experience in auto industry. Previous purchasing/SCM roles in auto industry.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, collaboration, communication, problem solving and presentation skills.

基本給（円/月）：290,000円～
※知識・経験を考慮して最終的に決定
※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給
賞与：年2回支給

年間休日：122日（2024年）
完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる）
年次有給休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後育児休暇、介護休暇など
Base Salary (JPY/Month): 300,000 JPY - 500,000JPY
*Salary will be decided based on knowledge and experience
*Allowances to be paid on top of the base salary
Bonus : Twice a year
Allowance: Commuting, Mobile Work, Overtime, Child, Housing, DC pension etc..
Annual holiday: 122 days (2024)
Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays (Based on company calendar)
