We are seeking to sustain our early successes with deep investment in an expanded product portfolio. These products, including Dive-XL, Dive-LD, Copperhead, Seabed Sentry, and other unannounced systems, will deliver a coherent system-of-systems, enabling the end-to-end conduct of a variety of autonomous missions in the maritime domain. We’re looking for someone to help us build out the business infrastructure required to grow this into Anduril’s largest division over the next few years. Our goal is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation undersea and surface capabilities — such as our XL-AUV, Copperhead, and Seabed Sentry platforms. Copperhead, and Seabed Sentry platforms.
Lead various strategic initiatives and special projects, as directed by the Division Chief Engineer and the Head of Division Operations, to establish scalable operations and forward progress across a portfolio of engineering initiatives
You will act as the connective tissue — supporting design, development, and implementation of new processes, strategy, projects, and execution plans — across complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and often ‘gray area’ scope
Coordinate and prepare for leadership meetings, including setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through
Support internal team operations like new employee onboarding, all hands, internal business reviews, and other events so that we rapidly ramp new employees and maintain a culture of “doing things differently”
Support our corporate planning cycle by helping to build out and monitor performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans so we can hit our aggressive growth targets
Establish the operating model and battle rhythm for a rapidly growing the team with an emphasis on cross-division coordination and repeatable execution patterns
US Salary Range
$146,000—$194,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
