SCAN insertion, ATPG, BIST/BIRA 등 DFT 구현 업무와 TOP DFT 아키텍처 설계를 담당해요. 전기전자 또는 컴퓨터공학 학사는 5년 이상, 석사는 3년 이상의 경력이 필요하며, DFT 설계 경력 3년 이상은 필수예요. STA, Verilog, SystemVerilog 활용 능력과 SOC 아키텍처 경험을 갖춰야 해요. 모든 자격 요건을 충족해야 지원이 가능해요.

As a DFT Implementation Engineer, you will participate in SCAN insertion, ATPG, BIST/BIRA insertion, advanced DFT (3D-IC, ISO26262), hierarchical DFT flow, and TOP DFT architecture design. You will also be involved in yield improvement, SDC creation and cleanup, Spyglass LINT/SDC/DFT checks, logic synthesis, equivalence check, and STA (Static Timing Analysis).
