What you will do:
You will join a dynamic and innovative team, working as a Senior Data Scientists on topics such as
Document Factory
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI Agents – strengthening existing models and scaling them
Ensuring a strong focus on innovation and continuous technology monitoring
Mastery of data science modeling: training classical models and fine‑tuning deep learning models such as BERT.
Strong knowledge of Python machine learning packages and libraries related to Generative AI: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, and LangChain.
Significant experience in NLP.
Experience in Computer Vision (OCR and YOLO models for object detection).
Experience in building a RAG system and solid knowledge of the Generative AI ecosystem (commercial LLMs such as GPT‑4, GPT‑4o, prompting techniques, and open‑source LLMs such as LLaMA 3, Mistral).
Implementation of metrics to evaluate model performance.
