Consolidate and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Monitor and analyze sales trends, product performance, and channel performance.
Track key business KPIs and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Develop, maintain, and improve reporting tools and dashboards.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and business analysis as required by management.

Monitor inventory levels, stock coverage, and sell-through performance.
Identify risks related to stock shortages, excess inventory, or slow-moving products.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure healthy inventory levels and product availability.
Prepare regular inventory reports and inventory performance analysis.
Support demand planning and forecasting activities.

Support the preparation and phasing of brand budgets by month, quarter, and year.
Monitor actual spending versus budget allocation.
Track budget utilization and highlight any potential risks or variances.
Assist in forecasting sales, expenses, and investment requirements.
Support financial planning and performance review processes for the Brand Team

Lead team to maintain and monitor customer trade terms, commercial agreements, rebates, and trading conditions
Manage purchase orders by giving guidance & timely support to resolve order-related issues, including stock allocation, pricing discrepancies, and documentation requirements.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, trade agreements, and internal procedures.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
