Our Data Center Operations team is the backbone of CoreWeave’s AI cloud infrastructure, ensuring our mission-critical data centers operate with exceptional reliability, security, and performance. As a Data Center Technician Apprentice, you’ll launch your IT career while working alongside experienced technicians who will provide hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and mentorship every step of the way. From day one, you’ll gain practical experience in a cutting-edge AI cloud environment, developing the technical skills needed to support enterprise-scale infrastructure while contributing to the performance and reliability of our data centers.

The base pay for this position is $25/hour. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is not eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity, or a comprehensive benefits package.
The range we’ve posted represents the typical compensation range for this role. To determine actual compensation, we review the market rate for each candidate which can include a variety of factors. These include qualifications, experience, interview performance, and location.
