What you will do:

Onboard and train newly signed restaurant partners to TheFork Manager, ensuring a smooth start and high product adoption.
Partner with the Inside Sales team during the pre-sales process providing product expertise and tailored solutions to prospective restaurant partners.
After onboarding, take ownership of the account and be their main point of contact for any support & guidance to optimize TheFork Manager usage & experience.
Guide partner restaurants through the platform’s core features: booking widget, availability setup, table and service management, and more.
Act as a trusted advisor, helping restaurants streamline their operations and digitize their booking processes.
Proactively identify opportunities for retraining and offer refresh sessions as needed.
Collect and share feedback from partners to help improve our onboarding flow and user experience.
Collaborate closely with Sales, and Product team to ensure alignment and deliver consistent value across the customer journey.
Stay up to date with product developments and ensure your stakeholders are informed.

Who you are:

Experience in training, onboarding, account management or customer success roles — ideally in SaaS or tech environments. A background in hospitality is a plus.
Fluent in Polish & English; additional languages like Ukrainian, German, French, or Spanish are a plus.
Confident communicator who can simplify complex tools and engage a variety of customer profiles.
Empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about helping people succeed with technology.
Proactive & resourceful, with a sense of ownership & adaptability.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving pilot context.
Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
