The Legal and Government Affairs (LGA) team at CoreWeave is highly collaborative and partners closely with teams across the company to navigate complex legal landscapes while enabling innovation and growth. As Counsel, Global Supply Chain, you will play a critical role in helping CoreWeave secure and deploy the infrastructure that powers our business. Working alongside Supply Chain and Capacity Operations, you will provide strategic legal support across the sourcing, procurement, and deployment of GPUs, servers, networking equipment, storage solutions, data center infrastructure, and global logistics. You'll help structure complex commercial relationships, develop scalable contracting processes, and advise the business on legal and regulatory issues that directly impact CoreWeave's global growth.

The base salary range for this role is $134,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
