Shield AI is seeking an experienced Policy, Procedure & Process Compliance Analyst to support the development, implementation, and oversight of compliant business systems and internal controls across our government contracting operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring alignment with FAR, DFARS, and business system requirements (e.g., DFARS 252.242-7005 and related clauses). You will work cross-functionally to design, document, and improve policies and processes that withstand audit scrutiny and enable operational excellence.
$88,000 - $130,000 a year
Full-time regular employee offer package:
Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
Temporary employee offer package:
Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)
Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
