Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

原材料・プレス部品・架装購買部ではトラック・バスの生産に必要な部品・部材の購買業務を行っています。取引先の選定、価格の交渉、各種購買契約の締結が主な業務となります。中長期的なビジョンを基に持って購買活動を行うことで品質・供給・価格の全ての面で競争力を持ち合わせたパートナーを選定出来るよう努めています。取引先は国内のみでなく、海外の取引先も多数あります。

We consists of three procurement teams, Raw Material, Stamping parts, Load Bodies. These teams manage to secure the most competitve contracts with the suppliers in terms of cost, quality and delivery. Creating the mid-long term strategy which would eanble the win-win solutions for both suppliers and MFTBC would also be an important task.

業務内容

架装バイヤーとして担当する架装種において、コスト低減活動の立案・実施。主にバン・ウィング・平ボディーを担当予定。毎年の価格交渉をリードし、最適な価格契約となるよう、ツールを活用し、低減活動を行う。

担当する架装種のマーケット情報の調査。その結果からの課題の特定を行い、対策の立案と実行。SC(Sales Center)や架装メーカーとの協議を基に、本社で設定する完成車のコスト低減含めた最適化の提案。

本社、およびSCにおける架装物の受発注プロセスが法令および社内規定に準じているかどうかの調査を定期的に実施。問題やリスクがある場合には対策を検討し、実行に向けたロードマップの策定。

Your task is to manage the procurement related activities for load bodies, mainly VAN and WING bodies. You will negotiate the cost and other procurment related contracts with the body builders. You will also need to understand the market status in order to create the procurement strategy for your responsible commodities.

In addition to the negotiation with body builders, you will also need to governance the procurement process mainly at SCs so that the body procurment is taken under authorized process

■ 業務経験・知識

  最低3年以上の業務経験。自動車業界、製造業での購買業務経験。

■ 語学

日本語：ネイティブ

英語：ビジネス

■ Job Experience & Knowledge

  3-5 years working experience in the automotive procurement or supply chain.

- Educational Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economics is preferred. 

- Knowledge on MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access) and Power BI.

■ Language Level

Japanese: Native

English: Business

8:00-17:00

フレックスタイム制　※コアタイム無し

リモートワーク可

給与

基本給（円/月）：250,000円～

※知識・経験を考慮して最終的に決定

※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給

賞与：年2回支給

手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等

休日休暇

年間休日：122日（2024年）

完全週休2日制（土曜、日曜）、祝祭日（会社カレンダーに準ずる）

年次有給休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後育児休暇、介護休暇など

Salary

Base Salary (JPY/Month): 250,000 JPY -

*Salary will be decided based on knowledge and experience

*Allowances to be paid on top of the base salary

Bonus : Twice a year

Allowance: Commuting, Mobile Work, Overtime, Child, Housing, DC pension etc..

Holiday

Annual holiday: 122 days (2024)

Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays (Based on company calendar)

Paid holiday, Congratulatory and Condolence leave, Maternity leave, Nursing care leave etc...
