[ROBOTIS] Technical Sales & Business Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting our products and services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and sales skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our solutions to a diverse range of industries and clients.

Responsibilities
Sales Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and prospect new sales opportunities within targeted industries and verticals using a variety of tools, including market research, cold calling, networking, and social selling.
- Qualify leads based on needs assessment and technical alignment with company products and services.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional offices to develop targeted & localized outreach strategies and campaigns.
Business Development
- Engage with key decision-makers in target organizations to understand their business needs and technical challenges.
- Present and demo technical solutions tailored to the customer’s requirements, clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits of the product or service.
- Work closely with the product development and engineering teams to stay updated on new features, technical specifications, and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with senior sales executives to create and implement strategies for securing long-term partnerships and expanding business opportunities.
Technical Consultation & Support
- Provide technical support during the sales cycle, addressing customer queries and concerns regarding product functionality, integration, and implementation.
- Act as a technical liaison between the customer and the internal development team, ensuring alignment of expectations and successful project execution.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress within the CRM system.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, revenue generation, and client retention.
- Provide regular updates to management on pipeline status, challenges, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Overseas business trips will be required.
- Ability to present and provide comprehensive information / training on ROBOTIS products to customers.
- Technical and/or Sales/Business Background: Bachelor's degree in a technical or Business Administration field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience. Understanding of technical concepts, products, or services is essential.
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, ideally in a technical or SaaS environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions, demonstrating technical expertise and business acumen.
- Customer-Centric: Focus on delivering value to clients and maintaining long-term relationships.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools and other sales enablement tools.
- Self-Starter: Motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, product updates, and industry changes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any experience working overseas or working for a US-based company.
- Bachelor’s degree in the equivalent fields Business or Engineering.
- Ability to create engineering and technology-related contents (Images/Videos/Postings and others).
- Experiences selling industrial, mechanical or technical products. (B2B Business Development preferable)
