- Job/Group Overview：
クライアント・サービス部 セールス・サポート二課は、上場金融商品(主に株式・先物)を取引する機関投資家のお客様をサポートしています。当課は、株式・先物の2チームに分かれております。
Client Services Department is one of the operational departments that provides services to professional institutional clients trading a variety of products globally. We are currently seeking a candidate for Sales Support team, which supports institutional clients who trade listed products. The team is divided into two groups: Equity and Futures & Options.
Responsibilities：日本株・外国株チームでの募集- 約定に係る業務（コンファメーション作成・送付、決済指図の送信等）
- 決済に係る業務（フェールモニター等）
- 新規口座開設、新規発行株式に係る業務
- 顧客及び営業部からの問合せ対応
- 海外拠点と約定・決済に係る業務
- IT部門と自動化・標準化プロジェクト推進
Seeking a candidate for Equity group ( Domestic and International Equity )- Prepare, review, and deliver trade confirmations.
- Monitor settlement status and ensure timely and accurate completion of settlements.
- Deliver professional, accurate, responsive, and high-quality client service.
- Manage client trades and settlements in close coordination with the Front Office.
- Collaborate with global operation teams to standardize best practices and improve the overall client experience.
- Partner with internal technology teams to develop and implement new and enhanced systems for clients.
- 登録資格 Requirements
- Requirements：＜Mandatory＞
- 有価証券（株式等）を取り扱う金融機関等で、2年以上の金融商品事務またはIT関連業務の実務経験
- タイムプレッシャーの中でも正確性・迅速性をもって遂行できるオペレーション能力
- At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry or equivalent experience at IT companies.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
＜Preferred＞- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 外資系証券会社で、株式業務に係るオペレーション業務経験
- 海外拠点と業務連携経験
- 証券外務員資格
- VP候補者：チームマネージャー経験・プロジェクト管理経験
- Business Level English
- Operational experience at international financial firms.
- Experience collaborating with overseas affiliate entities.
- JSDA Securities Sales Representative License (Class 1)
- VP candidate: Team management experience, Project Management experience
