The Brand Manager focuses on executing local marketing plans of the Maison they are in charge of, based on global strategies, managing specific advertising and promotion budgets, and collaborating with local Customer Marketing and Sales teams to drive brand desirability and growth in the local markets and contributing to the growth of North Asia Cluster.

We are looking for unique and polyvalent talent. Join us if you have… Experience: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in related fields, preferably in luxury consumer goods & FMCG industry. Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and launching new products. Brand Management Expertise: Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer business objectives, competitive landscape, consumer behaviour, and the latest marketing tools and technologies. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to manage stakeholders across global, regional, and local markets. Analytical & Creative Thinking: Creative, out-of-the box and analytical thinking, strong digital proficiency, project management skills, and effective problem-solving abilities. Capacity of thinking bold and acting with panache while ensuring spot-on excellence in execution and pragmatic, fact-based evaluation of business opportunities. Language: Fluent in local language and English is essential; proficiency in other languages will be highly preferable. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and appreciative of luxury, highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented. Organized and structured, capable of dealing with several tasks and deadlines simultaneously and adapting to ever-changing environments. High level of professional ethos and responsibility for highly visible and complex projects. Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets and monitoring financial indicators.
