클라우드 플랫폼의 권한 관리 서비스를 구축하고 운영하는 백엔드 개발 업무를 수행해요. 3년 이상의 백엔드 개발 경험이 필수이며, 관련 학사 학위나 동등한 실무 경험이 필요해요. Golang, Python, Java 중 하나에 능숙해야 하며, Docker, Kubernetes, 데이터베이스 및 CI/CD 도구 활용 능력을 갖춰야 해요. 마이크로서비스 설계나 IAM 관련 지식이 있다면 우대해요.

Within TPD, the Cloud Platform Supervisory Department (CPSD) develops and manages Rakuten's state-of-the-art cloud platform, empowering global scalability and accelerating innovation across its diverse business units.
The Cloud Management Department (CMD) leads Rakuten’s unified cloud infrastructure strategy by providing governance and essential tools to ensure seamless operation and high satisfaction among service providers and users. As the central point for strategy, planning, and process governance, we manage the cloud product portfolio, budgeting, quality, and security. Furthermore, we empower cross-departmental success through robust cloud foundation and management solutions.
The Horizon Foundational Services Group provides comprehensive cloud management solutions, with a specialized focus on building robust authorization services. By centralizing tenant management and fine-grained access control, we enable enterprises to securely allocate services and manage user permissions across platforms, ensuring high-standard security and operational efficiency.
As a hands-on backend developer, you will use your development skills to build applications.
Develop software solutions, respond to requests for coding, testing, maintenance of software programs and systems.
Collaborate with the team to deliver features with quality and speed.
Take responsibility of the code, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining, bug-fix when needed, and improve existing software.
Deliver secure, reusable and maintainable high code quality, based on specifications.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Our Tech Stack: Golang, Python, Dgraph, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
More than 3 years of backend development experience.
Expert level in at least one of major/modern languages (e.g., Golang, Python, Java), with strong experience in Golang preferred.
Experience working with relational and/or graph databases Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Computer Science or in related fields, or equivalent education and experience.
Experience designing and building microservices in distributed systems.
Proficient in scripting with Python or Bash.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform).
Experience with high performance benchmarking and optimization Understanding of IAM concepts and authorization.
