The Presales Systems Engineer (PSA) is a technical sales professional responsible for driving AI, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Modern workload solutions in Singapore. This role partners closely with Sales, Specialty Presales, and wider cross-functional teams to understand customer business outcomes, design the right Dell solutions, and win strategic opportunities.

3-6 years of relevant experience in Presales / Systems Engineering / Solutions Architecture with a major IT vendor, service provider, or systems integrator.
Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization with virtual teams.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
Relevant technical certifications preferred (e.g., VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat, AWS/Azure/GCP, Cisco, Dell Technologies).
Deep knowledge of enterprise servers and platforms , enterprise storages & networking concepts
Hands-on experience with virtualization and private cloud platforms & understanding of hybrid and multicloud architectures, cloud connectivity, workload placement, and migration strategies.
