-Lead new product launch as a project leader with cross functional teams
-Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including ATL, BTL and in-store merchandising
-Analyze market, consumer and sales data for opportune decision making
-Manage and implement marketing plans within limited time & budget
-Develop category strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goals
-Work closely with multiple agencies including creative/ media/ digital
-Communicate with global/ regional teams for regular meeting & plan sharing
-Support brand manager for responsible product and platforms
-Bachelor’s degree or above
-At least 5 years of full-time work experience in marketing and brand marketing experience preferred
-Experience in F&B/ FMCG industry and multinational company is preferred
-Experience working with agencies is a must
-Strong ability to develop marketing strategies based on consumer insight
-Excellence in consumer & sales data analysis
-Highly capable of timely development and execution of Marketing plans
-Good understanding of creative and media channel
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Positive mindset to new challenges and turbulent environment
