As an Account Executive, you will expand existing accounts and pursue new logos, advancing opportunities through discovery, value articulation, and proof. You will partner with specialists and delivery teams to shape offers.

We are looking for a sales-led AI Services professional to grow our AI and Data services business across Central & Eastern Europe. This person will be responsible for building pipeline, creating demand, shaping opportunities, and winning services engagements that help customers turn AI and data strategies into business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a strong sales track record in AI/Data-related projects, a solid technical foundation, and the ability to work closely with regional account managers to generate leads, progress opportunities, and take ownership of growing the business.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Own AI and Data services growth across the CEE region, with accountability for pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and bookings.
• Partner with account managers and field teams to identify demand, develop leads, and create qualified services opportunities.
• Drive demand-generation activities such as customer workshops, campaigns, executive engagement, and account-based follow-up.
• Engage customers at business and technical levels to uncover needs, qualify opportunities, and position relevant AI/Data services. Shape services opportunities by defining customer outcomes, win strategy, scope direction, and next steps.
• Maintain strong sales discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, qualification, and CRM hygiene. Collaborate closely with technical, solutioning, and delivery teams to move opportunities forward.

• Proven enterprise sales experience in AI, data, analytics, cloud, or digital transformation services.
• Strong track record of building pipeline and converting leads into qualified opportunities and closed business.
• Experience selling consultative, services-led solutions rather than purely product-led offers.
• Ability to work effectively with account managers and multiple customer stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, commercial drive, and ability to operate independently in a growth role.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in AI advisory, GenAI, data platforms, analytics, or related transformation services.
• Familiarity with complex enterprise sales cycles and qualification.
• Experience working across Central & Eastern Europe in a matrixed environment.
