AI Personalization and Growth Marketing Manager I Tripadvisor

You are the engine room. While the CRM and Loyalty managers identify opportunities, you build the AI-powered systems that allow us to execute at a speed human teams can’t match. You are an AI evangelist who lives to automate the complex.
Job Location: Hybrid
This role is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in our London office.
Data Foundation & Measurement: Partner closely with Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineering to improve the quality and usability of customer data for growth use cases. Identify gaps in the current data stack and help create pragmatic workarounds where needed.
AI Enablement: Integrate LLMs and machine learning models into the CRM/Loyalty stack to automate hyper-personalization at scale.
Rapid Experimentation Framework: Build "Test & Learn" workflows that allow the team to launch and iterate on regional pilots in days, not weeks.
Dynamic Personalization: Own the logic for real-time content assembly, ensuring every user sees the most relevant offer based on their local context and behavior.
Internal AI Consulting: Act as the subject matter expert for the traveler engagement and loyalty team, showing them how to leverage AI to solve regional growth bottlenecks.
Required Skills**
MarTech & Systems Expertise: 5+ years of experience working at the intersection of growth marketing, data engineering, and marketing technology (MarTech).
Extreme AI Passion: Deep, hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI agents.
Strong Analytics Skill: Experience with SQL, BI tools, customer segmentation, predictive modeling, uplift modeling, or lifecycle marketing analytics. Comfortable working alongside data engineers to deploy predictive models into live marketing environments.
Technical Stack Mastery: Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Hightouch, and connecting them to AI layers.
Agile Systems Design: Ability to build automated workflows that bridge gaps between global tools and local needs.
