Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is a global commercial vehicle manufacturer with more than 90 years of history and craftsmanship, delivering high‑quality trucks and buses to over 170 countries and regions worldwide.

In April 2026, MFTBC will integrate with Hino Motors under a newly established holding company, ARCHION, and begin operations as part of this new organization.

ARCHION is a new commercial vehicle group jointly supported by Toyota Motor Corporation and Daimler Truck, each holding a 25% stake, aiming to strengthen competitiveness across the Asia‑Pacific region and beyond through collaboration in development, procurement, and production.

Building on Japan’s engineering excellence and our extensive global experience, MFTBC will continue to accelerate innovation in commercial vehicle development, advance carbon‑neutral initiatives, and drive CASE technologies including electrification and automated driving.

三菱ふそうトラック・バス株式会社（MFTBC）グループの経理部では、財務の誠実性（Financial Integrity）と付加価値の創出（Value Creation）を基本理念に掲げ、グループの連結決算、単体決算、経理業務（Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable）、内部統制、経理システムサポートといった重要かつグローバルな機能を担っています。2023年5月に発表された日野自動車との経営統合に向け、経理機能の強化を進めています。

The Accounting department of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) Group is committed to financial integrity and value creation and is responsible for important global functions such as group consolidation, Standalone-closing , transactional accounting (accounts payable/accounts receivable), internal control and accounting system support. In preparation for the business integration with Hino Motors, announced in May 2023, MFTBC is strengthening its accounting functions.

仕事内容／Job Description

経理チームの一員として、経理関係分野で幅広く業務を担当していただきます。特にMFTBCグループの特にヘッジ会計業務を担当していただく予定です。

- 一般経理（仕訳作成/入力、入出金管理、買掛金/売掛金管理など）、クロージング業務、財務諸表や連結パッケージ作成等の業務

- 固定資産管理（資産化の管理等）

- 会社法関連書類の作成

- 法定監査への対応

- 子会社管理（アメリカ、ポルトガル他）

- 予算及び実績数値の把握・分析

- 債権債務管理業務（売掛金/買掛金の入金消込・支払業務、各部門からの問い合わせ・相談応対）

- 財務業務（資金調達・管理、銀行振込支払業務、小口現金出納管理、現物管理対応）

- 税務調査対応

- 担当部署・費目の予算管理や原価低減活動の推進

- 新しい事業や取引における経理処理や税務などの相談対応

As a member of the newly established holding company Accounting team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in the accounting field, particularly hedge accounting.

Your main responsibilities are

-General accounting tasks (journal entry creation/input, cash management, accounts payable/receivable management, etc.), closing operations, and preparation of financial statements and consolidated packages.

-Fixed asset management (management of asset capitalization, etc.).

-Preparation of documents related to corporate law.

-Response to statutory audits.

-Subsidiary management (in the U.S., Portugal, and others).

-Monitoring and analysis of budget and actual figures.

-Management of receivables and payables (reconciliation of accounts receivable/payable, payment operations, and handling inquiries and consultations from various departments).

-Financial operations (fundraising and management, bank transfer payment operations, petty cash management, and inventory management).

-Response to tax audits.

-Budget management for assigned departments and cost reduction activities.

-Consultation on accounting treatment and tax matters for new businesses and transactions.

募集要件／Requirement

<必須実務経験>

- 「ヘッジ会計」の専門的な経験

- 経理業務経験3~5年以上もしくは監査法人での業務経験3年以上

<望ましい実務経験>

- 会社法単体決算業務関連の経験

- エクセル、パワーポイントを使用したレポーティング

- SAP/DIVA等の会計システムの使⽤経験

- 開⽰システム・アプリケーションの使⽤経験

- トラック・バス業界での経理関連業務経験もしくは自動車業界での経理関連業務経験

<求める能力>

- 会計、経営または関連分野の学士号取得

- 最低３年以上の経理実務経験（予算、決算、税務、原価管理等）

- 財務報告、経理、IFRS等会計知識

- 優れたコミュニケーション能力、対人能力

- 業務レベルの英語力（海外の経理メンバーとのTV会議やメールでのやりとりにストレスのない方）

- TOEIC 750点以上の英語能力

<歓迎条件>

- 監査法人での監査、コンサルティングの経験

- トレジャリー業務の経験・ヘッジ会計の知識を有する方

- 公認会計士（海外含む）・税理士などの経理系資格

<Required Work Experience>

-Expert experience in "hedge accounting"

-3 to 5 years of accounting experience or over 3 years of experience in an auditing firm

<Desired Work Experience>

-Experience related to standalone and consolidated financial closing operations

-Reporting experience using Excel and PowerPoint

-Practical experience in IFRS consolidated accounting and preparation of disclosure documents in a publicly listed company (including Tokyo Stock Exchange disclosure documents)

-Experience using accounting systems such as SAP/DIVA

-Experience using disclosure systems and applications

-Accounting-related work experience in the truck and bus industry or the automotive industry

<Required Skills>

-Bachelor's degree in accounting, management, or a related field

- A minimum of 3 years of practical accounting experience (budgeting, financial closing, tax, cost management, etc

-Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, IFRS, etc.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Business-level English proficiency (comfortable with meetings and email correspondence with overseas accounting members)

-TOEIC score of 750 or higher

<Preferred Qualifications>

-Experience in auditing and consulting at an auditing firm

-Individuals with experience and knowledge in treasury operations and/or hedge accounting

-Accounting certifications such as CPA (including overseas) or tax accountant certifications

基本給（円/月）：290,000円～

賞与：年2回支給

手当：通勤手当、モバイルワーク手当、残業手当、子供手当、住宅手当、退職金制度（DC pension）等 ※知識・経験を考慮して最終的に決定 ※残業手当など各種手当は別途支給
