Technical Sales Representative

They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.
What you’ll achieve:
As a Specialist, you will drive complex, multi-product solutions with consultative discovery and configuration expertise. You will partner with Inside Sales and channel teams to remove technical blockers and accelerate quote-to-order cycles. You will coach peers on portfolio positioning, ensuring accurate pricing and availability and high win rates.

You will:
- Lead advanced configurations, BOM builds, and compatibility checks across the portfolio.
- Advise customers on migration paths, trade-offs, and ROI; craft alternatives to meet budget and timeline.
- Own forecast inputs and pipeline hygiene in CRM/CPQ; drive quote accuracy and cycle-time reduction.
- Partner with Product/Marketing to surface feedback and shape enablement content.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor’s degree
- Proven success in consultative selling and technical configuration support.
- Depth in product features, interoperability, and licensing/pricing constructs.
- Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience using CRM/CPQ tools and collaborating across Sales/Support/Operations.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Vendor/platform credentials or product certifications relevant to the portfolio.
