SGSS Switzerland acts as Swiss Representative and Paying Agent of a portfolio of foreign funds (ETF and Non-ETF) distributed in Switzerland, and incorporated outside of Switzerland.
Support the activities of the regulatory team to ensure that all funds registered, listed and distributed in
Switzerland and are in compliance with the applicable law and the relevant guidelines of the Swiss Funds and
Asset Management Association (SFAMA); preparation of the applications for submission to the authorities
Contribute to listing requests and mandatory publications; autonomous management of applications
(modification of the funds’ documentation, new registration, mergers, liquidations, etc.); coordination of
the documents, verification of Swiss mandatory contents
Check of marketing materials in accordance with the Swiss requirements and the self-regulatory rules
Monitor and ensure the publication requirements of the legal documents
Management of the timelines with the respect of the deadlines
Ensures appropriate communication with clients and counterparts
Does general administrative work
Experience in Asset management, financial institutions, law and consultancy firms is considered an advantage
2-4 years of experience ideally in the field of Swiss representation or are dynamic, young, and willing to learn
English: C1
German: C1
French language would be considered an advantage
Swiss fund regulatory compliance
Knowledge of Swiss financial market laws and regulations
Accountability and ownership
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills
Reliability in deadline‑driven environments
