The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Allocation Coordinator to support our growing retail and automated retail network across Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Merchandise team, you will play a key role in ensuring the right products are allocated to the right locations at the right time. Working closely with warehouse teams, retail operations and key internal stakeholders, you will help optimise inventory flow, support new store and Roboshop openings, and contribute to the overall success of our growing business.
This is a permanent part-time position. To support onboarding and training, the successful candidate must be available to work full-time hours (Monday to Friday) during the initial training period before transitioning to the ongoing part-time schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly stock replenishment across POP MART stores and Roboshops, based on sales performance, inventory levels and business priorities.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate picking, packing and timely dispatch of stock.
- Work closely with retail operations, store teams and other stakeholders to understand stock requirements and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor in-transit inventory and proactively address shipment delays or delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records across internal systems, including NetSuite, Helios and Heading.
- Support new store and Roboshop openings through effective stock planning and allocation.
- Coordinate inventory requirements for promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal events.
- Assist with stock investigations, reconciliations and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Produce replenishment and inventory reports, identifying opportunities to improve stock allocation efficiency and inventory performance.
What You'll Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in stock allocation, merchandise planning, replenishment or inventory operations.
- Experience within retail, FMCG, e-commerce or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing stock allocation, replenishment or inventory planning across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and basic data analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach.
- Availability to work full-time hours during the initial onboarding and training period before transitioning to the ongoing permanent part-time schedule.
Preferred Experience
- Experience using NetSuite, or similar inventory management systems.
- Experience supporting multi-site retail operations.
- Exposure to merchandise planning, forecasting or supply chain functions.
- Experience supporting both physical retail and automated retail channels is advantageous.
