The AIE Team solves problems across various industrial domains through AI technology. We design and enhance AI solutions that meet the performance standards required in real-world environments.

Rather than stopping at model performance validation, we continuously improve the full pipeline from data, model, evaluation, to iteration. Our core goal is to design and build AI solutions that can be practically applied and scaled, while addressing challenges that arise in real operating environments.

📌 What You’ll Do at This Position

As a Senior AI Engineer on the AIE Team, you will reinterpret problems defined in various industrial environments from an AI perspective and design approaches to solve them.

You will explore the methods and strategies needed to meet the performance levels expected in real-world environments, and gradually shape solutions through repeated experimentation and analysis. You will also participate in building realistic AI solutions by considering both business requirements and technical constraints.

In addition, you will contribute to problem definition and direction setting through technical feasibility reviews at the early stages of projects and discussions with customers. As a senior engineer, you will collaborate with various stakeholders inside and outside the team and take a proactive role in making technical decisions to solve complex problems.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Define problems in industrial environments using vision-based data and establish AI-based solution strategies
Design and develop models and systems that understand objects and context in video using Computer Vision and Vision-Language Models (VLM)
Design service-level model pipelines that consider not only model performance but also latency and robustness
Define and validate the performance standards required in real-world environments
Review the technical feasibility of new projects and define architecture and solution direction through technical discussions with customers

✅ Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional expertise
Experience developing and improving models based on Computer Vision or Multimodal AI
Experience designing and improving end-to-end AI systems to solve real-world problems
Experience carrying out performance improvement cycles by comprehensively analyzing data, models, and evaluation methods
Experience defining business requirements as technical problems and solving them through collaboration
No restrictions on overseas travel
Portfolio submission required

AI Engineers within the team participate in projects across multiple areas, including ITS and industrial safety, building experience across domains. Through a shared technical stack that can be applied across projects, we are able to adapt quickly to new domains.

The AIE Team also places strong value on building technical assets and sharing knowledge. We document the results and learnings from each project internally and continue to share codebases across the team.
