Role Overview
Coupang is looking for a highly capable and proactive Program Manager who will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership while also driving high-impact operational programs across the organization. You will operate at the intersection of executive support, program management, and business operations, playing a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives. You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where adaptability, ownership, and structured problem-solving are key.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
Executive Partnership
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars for senior leaders, prioritizing competing demands and optimizing time allocation
- Coordinate meetings across global time zones, ensuring efficient scheduling and preparation
- Support leadership with meeting agendas, follow-ups, and action tracking
- Act as a strategic gatekeeper and facilitator for internal and external communications
- Lead staff meetings, capture agenda and actions for the leaders
- Lead meetings related to employee engagement, track attendance, participation and agenda for these connects.
Program & Project Management
- Drive and manage cross-functional programs such as employee relocation, travel planning and budgets, office expansion and operations, and organizational events
- Own end-to-end execution of key initiatives related to administration and India offices.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and scale operational efficiency
Operations & Vendor Management
- Partner with central Admin, Security, and Facilities teams
- Track performance metrics and ensure high standards for vendor organizations
Financial & Budget Management
- Support planning, tracking, and reporting of team budgets/employee welfare budgets/travel budgets etc.
- Manage expenditures related to travel, events, and operations
- Provide insights to optimize spend through excel tracking, proactive sharing with leadership
Event & Culture Enablement
- Plan and execute town halls and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage logistics and communications
- Drive recognition programs
Team Management
- Manage a team of 2-3 executive assistants
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in calendar management and admin support
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a MNC setup
- Must have led large, multi-function programs / initiatives that addressed end customer’s pain points / business outcomes directly
- Experience in setting-up and leading a high impact team which delivered exceptional value to the organization
