Position: Senior Events Manager

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

POP MART is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Manager, Events to build and lead our U.S. Events function during an exciting period of rapid growth.
This is a rare opportunity to create a department from the ground up. You will define the strategy, processes, vendor partnerships, and operational framework that will support flagship store openings, IP launches, pop-up experiences, exhibitions, community events, and national brand activations across the United States.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and an exceptional operator, someone who enjoys building scalable programs while remaining hands-on in execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity, and can transform creative concepts into highly organized, measurable business outcomes.
As the company continues to expand, this role will play a critical part in establishing POP MART as the premier experiential retail brand in North America.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's incentive compensation program.
