TSU EFI部門にてトレード・ライフサイクルの運営業務を担当し、日々のタスク完了、SOPの更新、EOD管理を行います。業務の性質上、シフト勤務や柔軟な労働時間が求められ、プロセス改善プロジェクトへの参加も必要です。PnLの変動や未決済項目などの主要業績評価指標を監視し、迅速に対応する実務的な役割です。チーム規模や報告ラインに関する記載はありません。

ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibility is to be able to deliver 100% quality production by way of completion of activities and tasks related to processing of trade life cycle functions in TSU EFI booking operations. This position also requires handling of supplementary responsibilities like SOP updation and review, cross trainings, PDP’s, completions of checklists and EOD controls, etc. Demonstrate adaptability and agility towards process needs by being flexible in terms of shifts and working hours. In addition staff is also expected to work on projects and process improvements which will lead to better efficiency, controls and client delight. Completion of task list every day after task completion, zero overdue IGAD/NFA recommendations, Morse, GPS completed on time, Mandatory training completed on time, Close monitoring of key performance indicators (eg, breaks, PnL jump, etc), avoid aging breaks & address any critical issues promptly, Serval justification completed on timeProfile requiredThe main responsibility is to be able to deliver 100% quality production by way of completion of activities and tasks related to processing of trade life cycle functions in TSU EFI booking operations.
