As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading every aspect of the business, creating exceptional customer experience, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.
As the leader of your store, you'll build a culture that reflects POP MART's creativity, energy, and commitment to outstanding service. You'll own business performance, talent development, visual presentation, inventory management, and daily operations while ensuring every customer enjoys a premium retail experience.
You'll inspire your team to deliver exceptional results while bringing the excitement of POP MART's collectible characters, artists, and exclusive products to life.
This position reports directly to the Area Manager.
Own the overall financial performance of the store, including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operational execution.
Drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
Sales
Conversion
Units Per Transaction (UPT)
Average Transaction Value (ATV)
Payroll productivity
Inventory accuracy
Customer satisfaction
Analyze business trends and develop action plans to achieve or exceed performance goals.
Lead execution of product launches, limited-edition releases, and promotional campaigns.

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's incentive compensation program.
