👋 About the Team
The People & Culture Talent Acquisition (TA) Team creates an environment and culture where Nota members can fully engage with shared goals and continue to grow. From recruitment to HR policies and overall organizational experience, we design and support the entire employee journey—from pre-boarding to post-exit.
We are not simply a team that operates HR programs and processes. We act as problem-solvers and partners, helping both employees and leaders make better decisions. Even in situations without clear answers, we value continuously questioning, improving, experimenting, and finding better ways of working.
