The E-Commerce Assistant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and performance follow-up of the brand’s e-commerce business, ensuring strong commercial performance, operational excellence, and consistent consumer experience across online channels. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Digital Director, this role supports the effective execution of e-commerce operations and performance, while coordinating closely with the E-Commerce team and key stakeholders.
This position plays a key role in supporting the translation of the brand’s digital and commercial priorities into actionable e-commerce plans, contributing to sales growth across channels, optimizing online execution, and ensuring close coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce Business Management & Execution
- Support the day-to-day management of the brand’s e-commerce business across owned and partner channels.
- Execute annual, quarterly, and monthly e-commerce plans in line with brand and commercial objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, and product performance, and recommend and follow up on timely actions
- Manage online assortment, product launches, promotional calendar, and commercial activations to support sales growth.
- Ensure accurate sales tracking, routine performance reporting, and sales forecast management.
- Follow up on e-commerce operations to ensure smooth and consistent business execution of e-commerce operations to ensure smooth and consistent business execution.
Channel & Platform Management
- Oversee execution and performance follow-up of key e-commerce channels, including marketplace and brand store operations where relevant.
- Coordinate with platform partners and agencies to ensure timely campaign setup, content updates, product visibility, and promotional execution.
- Review channel performance regularly and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, and consumer engagement.
- Support the evaluation of new e-commerce opportunities, platforms, and channel initiatives.
Online Merchandising & Consumer Experience
- Ensure that product assortment, product visibility, content, and campaign execution are aligned with brand priorities and launch plans.
- Work closely with marketing teams to deliver strong online storytelling and consistent brand expression across digital touchpoints.
- Monitor customer journey and online experience, identifying operational improvements to support conversion and service quality.
- Support the execution of online events, special campaigns, and brand moments to maximize visibility and sales impact.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Operational Excellence
- Coordinate e-commerce topics with marketing, supply chain, demand planning, customer service, finance, and retail teams.
- Follow up on stock availability, order fulfillment, operational issues, and customer-related topics impacting e-commerce performance.
- Coordinate with HQ / regional teams to ensure alignment on e-commerce priorities, reporting, and best practices.
- Manage external agencies and partners on day-to-day execution and performance follow-up.
Team Management
- Contribute actively to a collaborative and performance-oriented team environment.
- Support coordination and knowledge sharing within the e-commerce team.
- Provide guidance to junior team members or interns on daily execution topics
Profile
