The Global Production Planning team (GPP) is responsible for order orchestration and the effective management of order planning and order fulfillment processes on behalf of the business, ensuring the best possible customer experience.
The main focus is on managing internal stakeholder escalations at the regional level by anticipating and mitigating manufacturing issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve them. The goal is to maximize shipment performance, particularly during End-of-Quarter (EOQ) and Inventory Delivery Commitment (IDC) periods.

Act as the primary liaison between factories and cross-functional stakeholders, managing internal customer escalations
Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure shipment plans are met, especially during IDC & EOQ periods
Manage regional backlog by resolving manufacturing issues and prioritizing orders to accelerate shipping
Collaborate with procurement teams to mitigate shortages, expedite production, and optimize order release
Track regional performance, benchmark across regions, and address recurring supply chain challenges
Drive process improvements while building strong stakeholder relationships and leading regional business updates
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Graduated in the last 12 months with a degree in Business administration or Engineering
Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, building strong interpersonal relationships
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and drive data-driven decisions
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and attention to detail
Work proactively with a high level of ownership, taking initiative to resolve issues and drive outcomes
