Responsibilities
- Build and deepen executive relationships with enterprise customers; bring to Google your mature c-level relationships to help us grow into new organizations.
- Negotiate and manage end-to-end complex sales-cycles, often presenting to C-level executives in corporate customers.
- Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers, and Google Partners.
- Understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy and external landscape.
- Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a Business-to-Business (B2B) software company.
- Experience engaging with accounts, selling a portfolio of products at C-level.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience selling Cloud Solutions, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software across multiple industries, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Experience working with, and leading, cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations.
- Experience cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives.
- Experience growing existing customer base and acquiring new business at scale to increase spend and accelerate consumption business.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export talent and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal.
