JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows a defined plan outlining scheme requirement.
Identifies if all required items (documents, contracts, and/or samples) are available as defined by the scheme
checklist.
Supports sales and engineering with general GMA scheme-related inquiries
Communicates to internal/external clients regarding required information per checklist, project status and final project
deliverables.
Under general supervision, supports customers in understanding regulatory requirements to access global markets
Under general supervision, works with cross-functional divisions and teams to ensure projects remain on track
Supports and participates in continuous improvement concepts and techniques.
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
Performs other duties as directed.
Qualifications
HIRE-IN
High School diploma or equivalent required
Basic business knowledge. Good working knowledge of basic business software is required (Microsoft suite). Familiarity
of the TIC business and/or the various schemes/regulations would be a plus but not required.
Good communication skills. Ability to speak, read and write in English is required. Any other languages are a plus.

Under general supervision, executes the timely completion of simple GMA projects. Collects required items from internal and external customers relevant to scheme checklists, identifies completeness of ready to certify package, submits for review and may submit for certification.
