You will be joined to the Product Design Team at PayPay Bank.

Job Responsibilities・具体的な業務内容
Microcopy Writing: Create, proofread, and propose user-friendly and clear Japanese UX copy and microcopy for mobile apps and web services
Core Communications: Write copy for user-facing touchpoints, including push notifications, emails, and alerts used throughout the banking platform
Strategic UX Alignment: Propose the most suitable copy for users while respecting writing guidelines, brand tone & manner, design, and technical development conditions
Research-Driven Content: Conduct internal and external research to create data-driven microcopy that solves user challenges
Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to enhance the holistic user journey through the power of language

You will stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving online banking industry, learning the latest technologies and trends to fuel your professional development. In principle, 9:00am-5:45pm + 1h break (actual working hours: 7h45m + 1h break)
