Talent Sourcer (Contract)

You will define target talent based on hiring requirements and execute Direct Sourcing strategies to build a candidate pipeline. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an in-house recruiting team or search firm is required. The role is a 1-year contract with the possibility of a 1-year extension based on performance. Due to the nature of the defense sector, a security background check is mandatory, and failure to pass will result in the cancellation of the offer.
