About the role:
Samsara is looking for a Supervisor of Sales Process Administration to lead a small team of administrators responsible for executing high-volume, time-sensitive sales operations. This entry-level leadership role requires strong coordination, people management fundamentals, and a passion for team enablement and process optimization.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Mexico. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

In this role, you will:
- Manage a team of 5–10 sales process administrators.
- Monitor daily workload, support ticket volume, and service levels.
- Support team development and knowledge-sharing across process areas.
- Partner with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to resolve blockers.
- Identify training needs and coordinate onboarding of new team members.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
- Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Administrative Support.
- 1+ years in a mentoring, team lead, or project coordination capacity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to analyze trends and report on team performance.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a remote setting.
- Experience with NetSuite.
- Experience with Zendesk.
- Experience with SalesForce.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with coaching frameworks or leadership development programs.
- Experience supporting enterprise accounts or managing escalations.
