STORE SUPERVISOR (3IC) — POP MART

As we continue expanding across Australia and New Zealand, we're looking for an experienced Store Supervisor (3IC) to support our retail leadership team.

What You'll Do
Lead Daily Operations
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations
- Lead shifts and maintain store standards
- Open and close the store when required
Coach and Support the Team
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations
- Lead shifts and maintain store standards
- Open and close the store when required
Drive Store Performance
- Provide on-floor coaching and feedback
- Support onboarding and development of team members
- Help drive a positive and engaging team culture
Who You Are
- Experienced retail Supervisor, Key Holder or Senior Team Member
- Passionate about customer experience
- Strong communicator and coach
- Comfortable leading teams in fast-paced environments
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
Availability Requirements
- This is a permanent full-time position averaging 38 hours per week.
- Flexible availability across all 7 days is required.
- Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.
- We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency.
- As a retail business, flexibility is required throughout the week to support customer demand, peak trading periods and special events.
- Availability throughout our peak trading season (November to January) is essential.
