As we continue to expand across Australia and New Zealand, we're seeking an experienced, commercially minded and people-focused Store Manager to lead one of our growing retail locations.
This role is responsible for driving team performance, customer experience, operational excellence and commercial outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You'll Do
Lead & Develop the Team

- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards

- Lead from the front during daily trade

Availability Requirements
- Flexible availability across all 7 days is required.
- Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.
- We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency.
- While rosters are planned in advance, flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.
- Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential.
