You will provide 1:1 resume coaching and mock interviews for job seekers. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Spring backend development is required, and experience or interest in mentoring, lecturing, or consulting is essential. You must be able to commit to 4-8 sessions of 1 hour each during the 1-2 week mentoring period, with schedules managed via a booking tool. All activities are 100% remote, allowing you to balance this role with your current job.
