Internal Control (SOX) Manager

You will manage the entire lifecycle of ICFR, including design, operation, evaluation, and reporting, while building an internal control system aligned with US SOX and PCAOB standards for the parent company's US IPO. You will perform hands-on control procedure checks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, and you must be capable of designing controls independently.
