👋 About the Team
The Vision Agent Team develops NVA (Nota Vision Agent), a real-time video monitoring solution powered by Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and Computer Vision technologies. NVA analyzes video data across a wide range of industry domains—including industrial safety, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), video surveillance, and public safety—to detect potential risks and provide next-generation video intelligence through natural language question answering, video search, and automated analytics reports.
Our team is dedicated to turning cutting-edge AI technologies into reliable products that operate seamlessly in real-world customer environments. We continuously bridge the gap between proof-of-concept projects and commercial-grade solutions.
📌 What You’ll Do at This Position
In this role, you will design and assemble software solutions tailored to the unique requirements and constraints of various industry domains. You will translate domain-specific needs into practical software architectures, collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders across multiple disciplines throughout the development process.
You will also manage software releases, monitor deployed solutions, and maintain production systems to ensure reliable operation in customer environments.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Define problems, design data structures, and establish reusable software modules and system boundaries based on project requirements across various industry domains, leveraging Computer Vision (CV) models and Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
- Build industry-specific solutions using the Vision Agent Devkit.
- Maintain and monitor deployed solutions by leveraging AI-native development workflows and understanding AI-generated code and documentation, while following operational policies for AI-assisted software development.
✅ Requirements
- Strong familiarity with AI-native development tools (such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, etc.) and the ability to rapidly implement feature requirements while improving system design and refactoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with a broad understanding of both AI models and software engineering.
- Experience collaborating with development teams using tools such as GitHub (version control), Jira (task management), and Confluence (documentation).
- Experience developing software in at least one compiled programming language (e.g., Golang, Rust, or C++), along with a solid understanding of its build system.
✅ Pluses
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles, with proven practical application.
- Experience collaborating with developers across different functions or within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience developing software powered by Computer Vision and Vision-Language Models.
- Experience building real-time streaming and inference pipelines using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, DeepStream, GStreamer, and Protocol Buffers.
- Experience optimizing edge or embedded systems (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson) and integrating edge devices with cloud services using protocols such as gRPC, RTSP, or MQTT.
