The AI Industry Team bridges the gap between complex industrial challenges and cutting-edge AI technologies. We solve real-world problems—such as predictive maintenance and workplace safety—across industries including manufacturing, construction, and retail by leveraging Nota’s proprietary AI technologies.
While many companies are exploring AI adoption, most industrial AI initiatives remain limited to one-off system integration (SI) projects due to the complexity and uniqueness of each customer environment. We take a different approach. By learning from individual customer engagements, we identify common market pain points and transform them into scalable AI products that establish new industry standards. Our mission is not simply to deliver projects, but to reshape industries through repeatable AI solutions.
📌 What You’ll Do at This Position
In this role, you will take ownership of business development initiatives that drive the expansion of industrial AI transformation (AX) markets, supported by both the company and the team. From entering new markets to acquiring strategic customers, you will have the opportunity to shape business direction firsthand.
You will identify new market opportunities through strategic discussions with customers and partners, then work closely with Product and Technology teams to translate field insights into practical AI solutions. Throughout this process, you will gain hands-on experience managing the entire commercialization lifecycle—from opportunity discovery to solution delivery.
Beyond winning individual projects, you will help transform recurring customer needs across industries into scalable business models that can accelerate Nota's long-term growth.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Manage AI solution projects end-to-end, from PoC and pilot programs to full-scale commercial deployment, including planning and execution at each stage.
- Define project scope, objectives, and implementation strategies by incorporating customer requirements and on-site operational constraints.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including schedule management, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Lead communication, alignment, and decision-making across customers, partners, and internal teams, including R&D, Product, and Sales.
- Identify follow-on business opportunities from ongoing projects and drive their conversion into new contracts and commercial engagements.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within assigned industry domains to uncover new business opportunities and support contract acquisition.
✅ Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager in B2B IT or AI solution businesses, or equivalent experience leading business or product decisions.
- Proven experience leading AI or IT solution projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from sales and customer engagement to implementation, operations, and post-deployment support.
- Experience driving decision-making in complex B2B projects involving multiple stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal R&D, Product, and Sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define, structure, and resolve ambiguous or unstructured business challenges.
- Demonstrated experience identifying new markets, customers, and business opportunities, and successfully converting them into commercial contracts.
- No restrictions on overseas business travel or extended on-site assignments.

- Experience developing AI solution or platform proposals and designing business structures
- Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or new business planning with a focus on market, competitive, or business model analysis
- Understanding of, or hands-on experience with, Vision AI or Vision-Language Models (VLMs)
- Understanding of, or hands-on experience with, Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI Agent technologies
- Experience delivering AI solutions for industrial environments such as workplace safety, security monitoring, manufacturing, construction, plants, or logistics
- Experience leading the commercialization of B2B SaaS or industrial software products from concept (0→1) or from PoC to commercial deployment
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities proactively, and succeed in highly ambiguous environments without established playbooks
- Business-level communication and negotiation skills in English or other foreign languages

Many of the customers we have met are eager to adopt new AI solutions that improve safety, accountability, and operational excellence across their industries.
