👋 About the Team
The AIE Team works with various AI models, with a focus on VLMs, to validate model performance and deploy models in line with business requirements. You will gain hands-on experience in developing and improving models based on real industrial data, while also experiencing the full technical process from AI model development to commercialization.
📌 What You’ll Do at This Position
In this role, you will participate in hands-on projects that solve problems across various industrial domains using AI technology. Beyond simply developing models, you will be involved in the full process of turning AI models into practical solutions that can be used in real business environments.
You will also gain a balanced experience between AI research and practical development through technical studies based on the latest papers and model performance analysis. By collaborating with experienced developers, you will take part in building product-level AI systems that can operate reliably in real-world environments.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Participate in AI model development projects to solve problems across various industrial domains.
- Apply VLMs (Vision-Language Models) to new domains and validate their performance.
- Design and develop AI model pipelines for solving Computer Vision tasks such as Anomaly Detection, Object Detection, and Segmentation using the latest deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with AI Application developers to select and deploy the most suitable models aligned with business objectives.
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in AI/ML-related fields, or equivalent project/research experience.
- Experience in researching or developing deep learning models in the Computer Vision field.
- Hands-on experience with major deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- No restrictions on overseas travel.
- Ability to work for at least 6 months.
- Portfolio submission is required.

- Understanding of and experience using representative VLMs.
- Experience in researching or developing deep learning models related to Computer Vision.
- Experience improving model performance across various datasets and environments.

AI Engineers in the AIE Team work on projects across domains such as ITS and industrial safety, building hands-on experience in diverse real-world environments. Through a common technology stack shared across projects, we are able to quickly apply our expertise to new domains.
The AIE Team also places great importance on building technical assets and sharing knowledge. We document key outcomes and learnings from each project, while also sharing codebases across the team. This collaborative structure helps us build an engineering culture where the entire team grows together, beyond the growth of individual model development capabilities.
